Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

At Sagan, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our retail business goals.
  • Manage and create all center content, ensuring consistency in style and accuracy.
  • Oversee digital business vendors and partners associated with our website, email database, SMS database, and social media assets.
  • Analyze data to provide customer insights, research findings, and market positioning recommendations.
  • Enhance tenant visibility and drive foot traffic to onsite businesses.
  • Manage and coordinate key functions for our corporate brand.
Requirements:
  • College degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a focus on retail real estate or event marketing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, social media marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Strong creative skills, strategic analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in managing external resources and consultants.
  • Ability to update websites via CMS (WYSIWYG) or manage third-party vendors for timely edits.
  • Residence within the EST to PST time zones.
