About This Role

You will have a significant impact on the industries that power our world by ensuring accurate customer invoices and enrolling global customers in consolidated invoicing programs. Your Responsibilities

  1. Ensure accuracy in customer invoices
  2. Enroll global customers in consolidated invoicing programs
  3. Create credit transactions for customers with returns, subsidies, partner credits, or concessions
  4. Certify invoices, payments, and credit memos for MX-based customers
  5. Answer internal and external questions on invoicing, adjustment transactions, and statements
  6. Identify and correct system errors causing invoices to fail sending automatically
  7. Create custom billing schedules at IF/Sales' request
  8. Accommodate specialty invoicing requests
  9. Upload invoices to portals when required
  10. Develop customer-facing documentation answering frequently asked billing questions
  11. Project work to improve the overall invoicing process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, preferably in an invoicing or billing-specific role
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • NetSuite/Salesforce experience
  • Ariba, Coupa, and/or Oracle experience
