We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Plaza Forum Culiacan. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

**Salary:** $7,467.90 pesos per month

**Job Description:**

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets. This includes:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Maintaining a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and display management
  • Driving sales growth through effective merchandise promotion and stock management

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed as a Retail Sales Representative, you will need:

  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Open availability to work any shift
