As a Contracting Manager Chains at Hotelbeds Group, you will play a crucial role in developing strong relationships with our suppliers for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Negotiation: Lead the contracting process with our clients in a B2B and B2C environment, focused on signing the most competitive rates for Hotelbeds.
- Contract Renewal: Negotiate contract renewal conditions such as rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policy.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of each hotel working closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability is not an issue.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the face-to-face key point contact for accommodation supplier vendors and develop and maintain excellent relationships with them.
- Conflict Resolution: Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating the most suitable solution to maintain good service and a positive relationship with them.
- Supplier Education: Ensure the supplier has a clear understanding of Hotelbeds value proposition and marketing tools to optimize the income of each hotel.
