About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and improving our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective product development strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development projects.
  • Lead the development of product release plans, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of changes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for change requests from plants, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure proper implementation of released changes at the plant, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Participate in various meetings throughout the sprint cycle with the team, stakeholders, or both, to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology, 5Why, fishbone/Ishikawa.
  • Electronic & Manufacturing experience.
  • Six Sigma knowledge & experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong team player/leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
