Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and maintaining IAM applications, including CyberArk
  • Executing technology changes aligned with company policy
  • Working with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets
  • Providing training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management
  • Troubleshooting access-related issues and communicating solutions to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers
  • Experience with Role-Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills
