About the Role:

The Senior Reporting & Predictive Business Analyst will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic workforce planning. This role will work closely with the HR team to design and implement end-to-end HR solutions, leveraging advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to prioritize and execute on workforce reporting projects, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, including data visualization and statistical modeling.
  • Work closely with the Shared Services team to establish ongoing reporting needs and formats, ensuring a single source of truth for workforce data and metrics.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics to senior management and stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Continuously iterate processes to adapt to evolving business needs, constraints, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and/or a global HR team supporting multiple geographies and business groups.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end workforce reporting dashboards and communicating complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Workday implementation methods and a solid understanding of their trade-offs.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to learn new skills as needed.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Workday HCM process and data architecture knowledge.
  • Workday HCM solution design (functional) and implementation experience.
