Global Services Sales Expert

Lenovo is seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Accounts Services team, covering LAS (LA Spanish Speaking Countries), focused on accelerating growth in our Solutions and Services business. You will be part of an engaging, energetic, and entrepreneurial team driving services revenue across our Global Accounts business.
You will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of product or service knowledge to address questions from customers and the sales team, promoting offerings and configuring, pricing, negotiating, and quoting services sales solutions. Additionally, you will provide proactive follow-up to close business opportunities and drive day-to-day operational services business in partnership with the aligned field Solution and Services Executive and the extended Global Accounts team.
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate value and benefits of Lenovo's services solutions through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing services. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving revenue-based quota by selling Lenovo Solutions and Services
- Optimizing Revenue and CSAT for assigned Global Accounts regional territory and working with colleagues worldwide for seamless execution
- Providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast through CRM Pipeline Management
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements
- Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new prospects
- Managing high volumes of customer inquiries
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism during all interactions
- Effectively partnering and building strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems, and achieve superior customer experiences
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, fluency in both Spanish and English, 2-4 years of experience in customer service or overlay sales capacity, prior success in achieving individual and/or team sales quotas/goals, and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment while developing positive rapport. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, good time management, and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics are highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, employee recognition and rewards, and opportunities for career growth and development.
