Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our Chihuahua Engineering Team with various projects. As a Production Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a multitude of tasks, including:

  • Assisting with current engineering projects
  • Conducting research and design projects
  • Learning and improving the belt production process
  • Assisting with time and movement studies
  • Providing ideas for process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be an active student of the Industrial Engineer career and have a strong understanding of office software, particularly intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. Additionally, you should be available to work mornings and have excellent communication skills.
