**Job Summary**:

General Motors is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Health Services team, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to our employees, ensuring their health and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Administer professional nursing care to employees, including assessing their medical needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Perform and evaluate various clinical and diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
• Assist plant physicians in minor surgical procedures and provide post-operative care.
• Interview and document medical histories of employees, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
• Work effectively with the Health Services team and other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Perform and document physical exams, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments.
• Adhere to common practices and procedures throughout the department, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Assist with the promotion of plant wellness programs, promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
• Work with health services customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner, providing exceptional care and support.

**Requirements**:

• Licenciatura en Enfermería con título y cédula.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en enfermería.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y feriados.
• Conocimiento en Paquetería Office.
