Job Description:

You will capture functional and technical requirements from clients and translate business needs into Oracle requirements, identifying the best solution. Your responsibilities will include Oracle HCM development, customizations, and deployment of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Capture functional and technical requirements from clients and translate business needs into Oracle requirements.
  2. Develop, customize, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in HCM, with proficiency in two or more modules.
  2. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learn.
  3. Technical skills in Integrations, Reports, PaaS (OIC, VBCS, ATP), Data Migration, Fast Formulas, and EBS HRMS Technical.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $200.00 per hour
