About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Global Learning & Knowledge Management team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our global colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences using industry-standard e-learning software.
  • Apply adult learning theories to create practical and application-based learning designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop blended learning experiences.
  • Develop comprehensive measurement strategies to demonstrate business impact and effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver engaging presentations.
Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish at a business level standard.
  • Extensive experience in instructional design with the ability to convert strategies to effective and engaging learning experiences.
  • Proficient user in Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot issues within design tools.
  • Experience working in an agile and waterfall design environment.
