Senior Manager of Commercial and Business Sales Division

The Senior Manager of Commercial and Business Sales Division is responsible for leading a team of relationship managers and overseeing integrated sales and relationship programs for commercial clients. This role drives client-centric solutions to differentiate Citi in the marketplace and achieve substantial growth targets for the business. The Senior Manager manages plans, budgets, and financial controls to meet strategic plans and objectives and ensures critical scorecard metrics are achieved through partnership with other Citi businesses, independent risk, business risk, compliance, product specialists, relationship managers, and other relevant groups.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for executing functional strategy in the area managed. Determines approach to implementing functional strategy. Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation, and contribution to future strategy of the area(s). Impact reflects size of team managed, strategic influence on the business, and interaction with other functions or businesses.
**Qualifications**:
15+ years of relevant experience in commercial and business sales, relationship management, and leadership roles. A bachelor's degree, potentially a master's degree, and significant managerial experience are required.
