About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethical Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an Ethical Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, ensuring compliance with international standards and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and record findings in detailed reports.
  • Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures.
  • Contribute to improving the quality of our Operations projects.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major.
  • APSCA registered at CSCA level (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI.
  • Work experience in 3rd party auditing.
  • Experience in Environmental Audit.
  • SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Visa B1/B2 is preferred.
  • Availability for travel.
