About the Role:

  • Edit creative digital advertising video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand guidelines and performance objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with client pod Creative Producers and Leads to ensure edits align with performance goals and creative direction.
  • Implement performance editing best practices to maximize viewer engagement and comprehension.
  • Review completed work thoroughly for technical and quality errors, ensuring all outputs meet specified brand and legal guidelines.
  • Deliver completed edits and revisions by established deadlines, adhering to internal post-production naming and organizational guidelines.
  • Work efficiently, maintaining project file and server hygiene while contributing to researching and requesting internal and external media assets.

Requirements:

  • Must first pass a Technology Audit to be considered.
  • Must work US daytime hours.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, with knowledge of After Effects and the entire Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with Motion Graphic Templates and Premiere's Essential Graphics Panel.
  • 2+ years of experience editing for social media and digital platforms (advertising content a plus).
  • Understanding of social media best practices and ecosystem trends.
  • Online editing skills: color correction, music supervision, sound mixing.
  • Firm grasp of digital camera formats, frame rates, codecs, and file-based workflows.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Able to take direction well and conduct a thorough review of own work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with web-based collaboration tools, such as Frame.io, Zoom, Monday, and Slack.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Able to conduct themselves in a professional, remote-first environment.

Salary:

$55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
