Music Marketing Coordinator for Emerging Artists

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee content programming resources within TikTok and maintain accurate programming records to ensure timely visibility and results for SoundOn releases.
- Utilize analytical tools to identify potential high-performing releases within the SoundOn catalog for early promotion and acquisition.
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize, plan, and implement music marketing initiatives aimed at creating viral tracks on TikTok and achieving success on digital service provider charts.
- Engage with the artist partnership team to develop campaign and artist reports that showcase promotional outcomes to clients, reinforcing artist relationships and enhancing client retention.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Familiarity with current social media and music trends in Spanish-speaking Latin America, with the ability to integrate these insights into marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with music labels, distributors, or digital service providers.
- Educational background in Music Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of SQL and statistical analysis.
- Experience in influencer marketing, music programming, or related fields.
