We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in managing their new vehicle portfolio in the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the logistics of deliveries and request for insurance policies in Element.
  • Search for vehicles that meet customer requirements and review supplier network or outside options.
  • Prepare official documentation for the new vehicle purchase process.
  • Validate supplier invoices and create digital folders for each unit purchased.
  • Build and sustain effective communication with all areas of the company to achieve customer objectives and satisfaction.
  • Communicate constantly with sales and sourcing areas to meet customer requirements.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or administrative activities related to car leasing or financial services.
  • English proficiency of 60% or higher.
  • Strict control over physical and digital documentation.
  • Proficiency in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and work as part of a team.
  • Proactivity in executing processes.
