Job Role

We are currently seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations for the Americas South region, including Treasury, Cash Management, and Credit Control.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Treasury team, ensuring smooth cash flow management and efficient credit control processes.Directly manage Accounts Receivable collections, reviewing and approving credit requests as needed.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues.Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Experience working with financial systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets.
