  6. Maintain backups and perform disaster recovery in case of database failures.
  7. Ensure database security and prevent unauthorized access.
  8. Schedule regular maintenance on the server.
  9. Provide best practice guidance to the development team.
  10. Resolve production data issues promptly.
  11. Manage tablespace and optimize database performance.
  12. Develop automation technologies to streamline data loading.
  13. Design and implement relational databases.
  14. Manage user access and permissions.
  15. Maintain the database using pg_ctl and psql utilities.
  16. Conduct database recovery and handle installation and maintenance.
  17. Perform database administration, backups, performance tuning, security, data modeling, and troubleshooting.
  18. Proficiency in Shell and Perl scripting.
  19. Available for 24x7 support and able to handle critical issues.
