Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Solutions Architect - AEM Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your expertise will drive development work, and you will work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects and software solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and driving the timely delivery of projects and software solutions
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Designers, UX/UI, and Business Subject Matter Experts
  • Finding a balance between working autonomously and within the team to ensure success
  • Having sensible conversations about technical topics through the stack as well as working on technical projects through the entire software delivery lifecycle
  • Requirements analysis & estimation for the requirements shared by the Product owners / Product Managers
  • Working with Technical Product Managers to define and maintain product roadmaps
  • Understanding & documenting business requirements and translating them to IT architects, developers, and testers
  • Driving issue resolution, developing business knowledge, and participating in developing technical alternatives
  • Responding quickly in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Researching and participating in training and staying current on related issues and technologies
  • Understanding security, privacy, and regulatory requirements affecting your application portfolio
  • Demonstrating a strong ability to anticipate and manage issues, bring authority and influence to the team, and leverage lessons learned from past experience
  • Working with MMC Technology teams to identify and promote best practices
  • Being an active member of the MMC Technology community – contributing, collaborating, and learning
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience in Web technologies, Software Development, AEM, Agile, JAVA
  • BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH Degree
  • Extensive experience on service delivery and application delivery process, with hands-on experience of at least 4+ years on AEM component development, Workflow development, Tag management, Integration of AEM with other Enterprise applications
  • Good understanding of AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including: Analytics, Target, Cloud Manager, etc., and other relevant solutions such as BrightCove, Tealium, CloudFront CDN, etc.
  • Experience with AEM versions: 6.4 / 6.5 in AMS setup
  • Expertise on integration with third-party using RESTful APIs as well as other Adobe solutions
  • Very good understanding of advanced dispatcher and CDN caching strategies
  • Experience with AEM Multi-Site Manager
  • Knowledge of technologies like Java tech stack including but not limited to core Java, struts, hibernate, Java Spring, Spring boot, and WebLogic is a plus
  • Subject matter expertise through development exposure and ability to provide suggestions for improvements/enhancement to existing jobs
  • Familiarity with agile development practices
  • Able to work independently, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute tasks
  • Able to respond to technical queries/requests from team members and business colleagues
  • Ability to work in teams across multiple projects and geographies
