About the Role:

Magna Powertrain is seeking a highly skilled ESD Specialist to join our Quality team. As an ESD Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of our products and protecting our manufacturing processes from electrostatic discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement ESD protection measures for new projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure ESD compliance
  • Develop and maintain ESD documentation and procedures
  • Conduct ESD audits and inspections to ensure compliance
  • Provide training and support to production staff on ESD procedures
  • Collaborate with safety engineering and plant physician to ensure ESD protective equipment is properly used

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Business English proficiency
