The Medical Spa Physician is a key member of our team at OneSpaWorld, responsible for administering cosmetic medical procedures to our onboard guests. This role requires a high level of clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide aesthetic medical solutions to address the concerns of our guests.
Responsibilities- Administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests, ensuring safe and effective delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding products and services.
- Work closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to promote services and products.
- Review and approve service/treatment plans organized by the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant.
- Conduct patient follow-up as required.
- Be flexible with scheduling to support the needs of the spa and guests.
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control.
- Follow service pricing policy set by OneSpaWorld.
- Complete medical records for each guest, storing them in the Spa Manager's office or designated area.
- Completed medical education and hold a medical degree from a recognized college or university.
- Hold a current valid medical license.
- Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
The Medical Spa Physician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
