Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and/or direct engineering resources in developing and improving processes and equipment, focusing on low-cost manufacturing, superior quality/service, and improved capability/capacity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee maintenance and repair of all facilities, equipment, and systems within the manufacturing plant.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for continuous machinery and equipment operation.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure efficient work completion.
  • Monitor and control facility expenses and costs associated with maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil) is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or related fields in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building management systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
