About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our team at Kasa Living, where you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue and profitability across our portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.
As a key member of our Revenue Management Team, you will work closely with the Lead Revenue Manager to develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation. Your strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication will enable you to translate performance data into actionable insights, driving growth and profitability across our US-based portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines by maximizing revenue and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to determine the optimal yield strategy.
- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data for data-driven decision-making, utilizing revenue management systems, property management systems, and other technology tools.
- Prioritize open communication, alignment, collaboration, and financial acuity to establish yourself as a valuable asset to internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate revenue strategies and decisions from a revenue management perspective, considering the property's overall business objectives.
- Track record of success in formulating and implementing strategies that maximize revenue, optimize profitability, and exceed revenue goals of properties.
- Possess a genuine passion for being part of a world-class team that positively influences team members to engage, grow, and exceed expectations.

- You have a strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.

- You are results-driven, with a proven track record of success in formulating and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

What We Offer
