The Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned product management leader to drive innovation and growth across our product lines. As a Group Product Lead, Teams and Payroll, you'll be responsible for steering product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and fostering relationships with technical leadership peers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own product area mission, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, and product metrics.
- Foster and build relationships with technical leadership peers and stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Critically evaluate, shape, and create product management best practices across the organization.
- Hold your team and counterparts accountable to deliver outcomes with quality and efficiency, considering customer and usage data.
- Apply deep understanding of business and customer metrics to drive data-driven decision making.
- Lead tough conversations with stakeholders to ensure alignment towards business priorities.
- Effectively lead your PM team, ensuring continual improvements in their PM craft and career progression.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving business growth through product innovation, extension, and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and support strategies, spanning from customer acquisition to late lifecycle engagement.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts and clearly articulate results to partners and executives.
