Transformative Cloud Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Software Engineer to lead our cloud computing initiatives and drive technological innovation at Capital One. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge cloud-based solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of cloud-based projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust solutions that drive business value.
  • Develop and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on cloud computing best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud trends and technologies, participating in internal and external communities to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for our customers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in cloud computing.
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • 4+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
