Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the procurement of direct materials to support multiple facilities.
- Participate in multi-functional teams to improve the Supply Management process.
- Manage assigned suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Run ZMDELINQ and Supplier Delinquency reports to identify potential supply issues.
- Process Hot Part Requests and MRP Exception messages.
- Use CSR to identify trends and lead continuous improvement efforts with suppliers.
- Ensure proper ASN submission from suppliers and work with aged ASNs.
- Support and lead commodity Strategic Sourcing teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Management.
- Knowledge of unit processes and operations.
- Good understanding of Supply Management principles.
- Less than 1 year of work experience in a team environment.
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- 95% spoken and written English.
