">This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing cell, ensuring that all quality-related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
">Responsibilities
">- Ensure all quality-related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
- Assist in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency of operations and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in scheduling to ensure production schedules are met.
- Assist in sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate activities for materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
- Monitor cell performance and productivity to maximize productivity.
- Assist in production innovation, including additive manufacturing, to enhance the cell's production capabilities.
- Interface with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure satisfactory standards of service.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies a plus.
