Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Shop Supervisor to lead our production team in delivering high-quality machined parts on time and under budget. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing resources, planning and organizing team schedules, and driving productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of machined parts
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve quality and productivity goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a machine shop environment
  • Strong knowledge of SolidWorks, DraftSight, and 2D interpretation of mechanical drawings
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
