We are seeking an experienced Signaling Commissioning Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of signaling subsystems and experience in commissioning activities. They will be responsible for ensuring that all testing and verification activities are completed successfully, following project strategy and company policies.

This role involves managing teams and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work on field for extended periods.

As a Signaling Commissioning Expert, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also contribute to the development of resources competency among team members.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately **$90,000 - $120,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute 4M checklists for commissioning activities

- Coordinate with engineering and V&V teams to optimize site tests

- Develop and implement commissioning procedures for signaling subsystems

- Interface with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues

- Provide technical leadership to team members and coordinate resource allocation

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commissioning activities for signaling projects

- Excellent knowledge of English language (written, spoken, and read)

- Experience working with ALSTOM rules and processes

- Knowledge of quality, EHS, and railway safety standards

- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
