About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Latam Seller Success team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Service Providers Network program in Latam, particularly in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with internal teams to identify gaps in selling partners' capabilities and determine services to be offered through third-party service providers.
  • Define service scope, find and develop partners, and launch new services/partners to drive adoption by selling partners.
  • Support the coordination of marketing content, experience, and strategy to generate awareness and track KPIs for all services.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Advanced-level knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
