**Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop, support, maintain, and implement a complex project module
- Apply standard software development principles
- Work as an independent team member, applying judgment in planning and executing tasks
- Respond to technical queries and requests from team members and clients
**Requirements:**
- 5-6 years of experience in IT Service Management, CMDB Data Schema and Mapping, ITAM ServiceNow, and Technical Solution Design
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITOM, and CMDB Data
- Experience with Automation Use Case Configuration using Integration Hub Spokes
- Experience with Service Graph and Other Methods to Integrate
- Scripted API Creation
**Location:** Hybrid, Guadalajara or Mexico City
