Cook I

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook I to join our culinary team at Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare special meals or substitute items, ensuring the quality and quantity of food meets our high standards.
* Maintain food logs and communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
* Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
* Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

**Requirements**

* 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and team player skills.
