Job Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst at KMS Solutions will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the strategic needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce solutions.
- Solution Design: Design and propose Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. This includes creating detailed functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that the development team adheres to the design specifications and project timelines.
- Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform and its various products.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and integration tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior analysts and team members.
