**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and design digital and printed materials, including displays, signage, and promotional graphics
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of retailer initiatives
* Create brand and product assets, including retailer-specific display graphics, signage, and concept mock-ups
* Develop digital creative assets, including social media ads, paid search ads, and native and digital display ads
* Prioritize requests and manage daily workflow effectively
* Organize assets and shepherd them to stakeholders
* Review files to ensure adherence to established standards before release or delivery

**Requirements:**

* 4-year degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related field
* Advanced English level (spoken and written)
* High fluency in Adobe CS (Illustrator & Photoshop a MUST)
* Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery and experience designing cross-medium aligned with brand guidelines
* Creative concept skills, category/product research, brainstorming
* Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver on brand
* Understanding of die line creation, typography, color palettes, and processes
* Knowledge of printing processes and technologies and how it affects different substrate materials
* Understanding of print-ready file setup according to supplier specifications
* In-depth understanding and mastery of the print production, pre-press file preparation, and color management processes
* Experience with large-format file creation and image conversion for large-scale printing
* Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and follow-up abilities
* Proactive and self-directed, capable of taking initiative
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all professional levels
* Team player mindset, committed to maximizing team and department performance with positive attitude
