About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst I to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This position requires fluency in English, and we ask that you provide your CV / resume in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Analysis: Responsible for tracking quota and results across a number of different compensation plans. Working closely with the Sales team and HR Compensation team to ensure accurate and timely quarterly compensation payouts.
- Headcount Planning and Forecasting: Understand the various elements of the P & L and B / S and their relationship and provide detailed headcount analysis of the data to the business unit leaders.
- Executive Meeting Prep and Leadership: Assist in the preparation of Executive-level presentations and meetings, such as quarterly business reviews, and engage with Senior leadership in understanding and representing the financial metrics and results.
Requirements
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1 year of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).
- Advanced application of Microsoft Excel.
- High level knowledge of Power BI preferred.
