Job Overview

Expeditors is seeking a skilled Despatch Agent to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for executing flawless operational performance, productivity, technical expertise, and excellent customer service while driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor key metrics to achieve expected results, including Employee Satisfaction, Operational Effectiveness, and Product OPA Audit Result.
  • Exemplify and teach our company culture, mission, and goals.
  • Follow the 10 Critical Success Factors and contribute to a healthy cross-functional relationship and work environment.
  • Comply with company controls, policies, procedures, and processes, including the credit policy.
  • Properly use all Expeditor systems and tools and understand customer expectations.
  • Meet KPI Standards in accordance with the Company's processes.
  • Escalate issues to Lead, Supervisor, or Manager as needed.
  • Ensure that all emails and correspondence are handled timely and professionally.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 months to 1 year of related experience in data entry and/or training.
  • Customer Satisfaction orientation, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Self-driven personality and good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
  • English fluency of 60%.
