Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at AC Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other similar responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms, public spaces, and amenities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Stock carts and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
  • Clean and maintain rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Perform other similar responsibilities as required
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
