Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategist to join our team as a Key Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Analysis and Strategy Development

You will analyze performance indicators, identify key opportunities, and develop long-term sales strategies and action plans based on the results of BP AS Negotiations.

Contract Negotiations

You will negotiate commercial agreements with national chains, manage budget, and monitor performance KPIs to ensure compliance with growth targets.

Market Analysis

You will stay aware of competition action plans and propose action plans to improve the scenario.

Action Plan Implementation

You will make analysis of monthly results, identify causes, prepare action plans, and ensure implementation through constant follow-up.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economy, engineering, or marketing
  • 3 years of experience working directly in sales of wholesalers or key accounts in consumer goods industry
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and strong communication skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
