About the Role: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Hybrid Position - Location: Querétaro

The primary role of Regulatory Compliance Specialist is to work in partnership with the Kerry Regulatory team to support regulatory queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute various Regulatory processes and procedures efficiently and timely. Conduct administrative duties within defined guidelines.

Manage technical and customer documents and data accurately and to tight time scales.

Create and maintain Technical documentation, coordinating response to internal & external stakeholders by providing technical documentation.

Liaise with RD&A, QA & Operations for technical documentation review, document control.

Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers, contributing to overall department Key Performance Indicators.

Remain fully flexible to meet business requirements, conduct administrative tasks, repeat processes consistently.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree or local equivalence in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related discipline.

0-3 years of experience in the food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance, or R&D.

Familiarity with food industry knowledge, food regulatory & legislative knowledge.

Analytical, self-starter, decisive, and able to perform under pressure, a team player, able to take instruction and perform work accordingly.

Possess good co-operation, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, flexible, time management skills.

Able to work accurately and quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Able to work on your own initiative and pay attention to detail.

Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in SAP and Optiva systems an advantage.

Languages: At Least Intermediate (B1) Level of English and Portuguese.
