Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve integration-related support tickets, collaborating with Data Analysts, QA, and Devs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide root cause analysis, next steps, and resolution of issues.
- Manage documentation and implementation of minor Change Requests for ecomm and retail Integrations, working closely with Data Analysts.
- Provide integration UAT support in coordination with clients for new implementations and change requests.
- Assist in maintaining integration documentation and support Data Analysts as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, software analysis, technical project management, or integration-related positions.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including REST, APIs, Webhooks, and Cron jobs.
- Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements, as well as map information flows and user flows.
- Experience with web request tools like Postman or Insomnia, and technical documentation tools like Confluence or Notion.
- UAT testing execution and documentation, with excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Desirable: experience in Ecommerce, Retail, CRM, OMS, SAP, SaaS, software development, and Jira task and ticket management.
