Key Responsibilities:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet, ensuring that all necessary documents are ready for cross-docks, and scheduling truck maintenance. Additionally, the coordinator will assign loads to drivers, work with other teams and departments to follow up on loads, and perform audits of warehouse activities to ensure the security and safety of people, facility, and freight.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have at least 80% English language proficiency, at least one year of experience in logistics, and strong Excel skills. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional attention to detail, a service mentality, and be a positive and effective communicator.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per month, as well as comprehensive medical insurance. The Logistics Coordinator will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with rotating hours.
