We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Supervisor to join our Helpware Inc. team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet the company's and client's standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance against key metrics, providing support and assistance to improve performance.
- Perform tasks related to team management, including coaching, mentoring, and data reporting.
- Motivate agents to perform at their maximum capacity, driving professional growth targets and enhancing productivity.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in the BPO industry or similar role with excellent people and client management skills.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
