Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from clients requiring interpreter services.
- Manage a multi-line phone system with ease.
- Accurately enter data into our database system.
- Collaborate with available interpreters to fill assignments and provide necessary information.
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection.
- A PC or laptop with Windows 10 (no Mac or Chromebook).
- Two plug-in uninterruptible power supplies for computer and internet router.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effective communication skills for presenting information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and database software.
Pay and Benefits:
