Job Description

This role involves overseeing sales growth and profitability, setting commercial strategies with vendors, negotiating terms and conditions, and identifying opportunities for improving customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing inputs such as price, selection, and inventory, as well as inventory management and purchase order placement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need 5+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience, along with a Bachelor's degree. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation, or supply chain.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide flexibility in working hours, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
