We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of tax calculations and timely tax filings.

As a Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and filing accurate returns, meeting internal or jurisdictional tax deadlines, and improving compliance routines. You will work closely with external consultants to address VAT refunds timing targets based on cash flow position and expiration dates.

You will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy on tax accounts balances for month closing and reconciliations cycles. Additionally, you will prepare tax schedules for dictamen fiscal and partner with accounting department to submit it properly in time.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, finance, or a related field, plus 4 years of combined tax experience in public accounting or a large multinational company. You should be proficient in English and have good Spanish communication skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
