At Te Connectivity, our Engineering Project Management Teams play a critical role in driving cross-functional engineering projects forward. They collaborate with various functions across the company, including Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other departments, to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify project goals and scope for manufacturing process development.

• Develop project frameworks and timelines, utilizing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify deliverables and tasks.

• Lead the creation of project capital and expense spending plans, capacity plans, cost models, and project Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.

• Develop project tooling development timelines, including tooling development and qualification, sample making, and delivery.

• Guide the planning of infrastructure, manpower, and material resources to support all builds in the plant.

• Establish project teams in Operations and balance resources against project task requirements.

• Lead Operations functions to complete project tasks on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review and monitor project progress and drive implementation.

• Ensure successful project execution within the overall project timeline.

• Manage project scope changes.

• Drive the delivery of samples on time and prepare materials for sample making.

• Lead the creation of safe launch and qualification plans and drive safe launch completion on time.
