We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rexroth. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure production lines meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborative Environment: Foster a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to internal rules and procedures, and promoting the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and locking and padlocking equipment (LOTO).
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Technical Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct regular technical evaluations of equipment and suggest improvements to maintain control of the production space.
- Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection: Promote and adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CD03800.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Work Background: Experience in the mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic industry.
- Experience and Knowledge: Several years of relevant professional experience in productive maintenance, PLC programming, and TPM.
- Languages: Advanced English language skills.
- Personality: Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, and open-minded with a willingness to work in an international team.
