About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Cancun Centro. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other similar responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms, public spaces, and other areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
