Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports in the production areas, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead direct reports in production areas, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality standards.
- Authorize work orders and requisitions for materials and tools.
- Manage attendance records and coordinate overtime.
- Authorize leave, absences, and vacations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and safety rules.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and request services as needed.
- Lead regular team meetings and communicate effectively with direct reports.
- Make decisions to ensure production requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure production areas are running smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (50%).
- Knowledge of machine operation and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production management.
